GFT will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

No Return on Final Sales:

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 30 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

Please allow GFA 5 - 10 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

GFA will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done. It starts on the day your parcel is delivered. Please make sure to take good care of the clothing when trying them on. We want to find a new home for your activewear, which is why we request that all items are returned in their original unworn condition, with tags attached, and must not have any signs of wear, washing, damage, or alterations made by you. That means items returned with makeup/tan stains, perfume/body odors, deodorant or sweat patches from those workout sessions will not be accepted and will be returned to you!

We do not accept returns on any Gift Cards. 

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges; if you wish to exchange a product we would recommend that you place a new order and return the current one.
